Picture Overload

Roger's parents, sister, and nephew came to visit last week.  October was a busy month of either having company or preparing for company.  (or transporting company to the ER.. but thankfully that wasn't needed for this visit!)  It's been a year since we last saw everyone and my how the little ones have grown! Adaiah and Matthew were 6 and 8 weeks old for the last visit.  Now they are 13 months old!

On to the pictures!

Grandpa and Adaiah.  She would smile at him as soon as he walked in the room but she wasn't ever sure if he should actually be holding her. 

Grandma, Joseph and Hannah.  Those two kids would have played games ALL day if Grandma was playing too.

She even taught them how to play Uno. They loved it.

The little ones explored.  Here they are checking out my filing cabinet and the cereal/small appliances cabinet.  (Yes, that is perfectly normal to keep those items together!) ;)

So much playing tuckered this girlie out.

The boys had come running in the house one evening.  Something about Nehemiah's feet being burried and he can't get out. (he could, he was just playing) Roger went out to see what was going on and found Nehemiah with his feet in these holes.  Hannah was reinacting the whole scenario here. :)

Everyone is back to their own house now.  October just flew by and we are left with sad children missing their snuggle buddies.  They miss waking up in the morning to the excitement of an RV in the yard or a Grandma on the couch.  But, life must go on.  So we are now getting back into the swing of things... school work, washing my own dishes (man! Roger's mom was certainly a blessing there.  My kitchen is never cleaner than when she is here visiting) (Thanks Alta!), and trying to balance snuggling children with playing games and chasing a toddler.
