tie a hula hoop to a tree and you have instant fun.
add some obstacle course fun to the hula hoop and you have an entire afternoon spent outside with a hula hoop tied to a tree by a jump rope.
and...I think maybe I need to repent about how much I laughed at this poor kid! Background: he was told to go through the hoop. he wanted to dive through. He whined that it was going to be too easy. I don't know why this made me laugh so hard. Probably because he was so sure that it was going to be easy. I guess I'm an "I told you so" kind of gal? Yeah, I need to work on that.
