Yeah, so... we have a sandbox. It's in the backyard. It's big. It's only a year old. We rigged this crazy tarp system for it to keep the stray creatures of the neighborhood out. It was a pain. It didn't get used. Do you see where this is going? The sandbox is not to be played in anymore.
So what is a kid to do when Mama sends em outside with a batch of cars that are now "outside cars"?
They all gathered around a small little dirt patch in the front yard. And there they played, happily even, for minutes on end. :) (I'd say hours but that would be a gross exaggeration. They did have a good time though.)
And the sandbox wasn't for nothing. The sand was some of the rockiest sand I have ever seen. It birthed Hannah's pet rock, Rocky.
