Overheard

Keturah to Joseph "Go-Go! Play with me!"
Joseph "Ok, what do you want to play?"
"Play this!" (handing him a toy card to play with a cash register)
He sits down to play and she starts ringing stuff up on the register
"That will be $2"
He hands her the card and she smiles big "Ok, your turn!"
They've now switched back and forth a few times.  She ordered a burger, fries, and fire (?!)

We were at church watching Joseph play hockey with some of the youth group.  Keturah would randomly yell "Go Go-Go go!"  Totally made me laugh.  Maybe we need to work on her actually pronouncing "Joseph" but I kind of like her nickname for him. :)

Keturah was wearing a blue shirt the other day with a sparkly pink Superman logo on it.  (Is it Supergirls logo?  I am so not into super hero stuff.)  Anyway, she came running into the kitchen carrying her ballerina outfit and asked to put it on instead.  I helped her get her little pink ballerina on and she said "Thanks Mommy!"  Then she turned around, put her hands on her hips, and said to the boys "Ok.  Now I get you!"  And she proceeded to chase after them making little "pew-pew" noises as she chased them around the house.  Apparently ballerinas are better in combat than Supergirl?
